The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of 18 Two-Unit, Two-Story Residential Buildings For The Needs Of Social Housing Construction. The Basic Function Will Be A Residential Function And A Recreational Function (Green Areas With A Public Recreation Area). The Whole Will Be Supplemented With The Necessary Communication Infrastructure (Access Roads, Ramps) And Technical Infrastructure (Construction Equipment, Retaining Walls, External Installations And Connections). The Building Will Be Made Of Traditional Brick Construction And Placed On A Foundation Slab. On The Ground Floor, In One Segment, There Will Be One Apartment, Consisting Of An Entrance Vestibule, A Corridor, A Living Room With A Kitchenette, A Bathroom And Three Bedrooms. On The First Floor Of The Segment There Is A Second Apartment, Which Similarly Consists Of A Vestibule (Staircase), A Living Room With A Kitchenette, A Bathroom, A Communication Room, And A Room.
