Description Of The Investment Included In The Application For Co-Financing: Change Of Use Of The Administrative And Residential Part Of The Former Dairy Building Into An Administrative And Service Building With Reconstruction Structural Elements Of The Building - Stage 1. The Existing Administrative And Residential Part Of The Former Dairy Building, Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments, Is In Poor Technical Condition. The Proposed Investment Is Aimed Primarily At Undertaking Comprehensive Repair And Protection Measures To Eliminate Or Significantly Reduce The Impact Of Factors Having A Destructive Impact On The Historic Substance Of The Building. The Proposed Stage 1 Includes, Among Others, The Replacement Of Damaged Structural Elements Of The Roof And The Attic Ceiling Roof Covering Together With Sheet Metal Work, Gutters And Downpipes, Partial Protection Of The Ground Floor Walls Against The Harmful Effects Of Water And Moisture, Construction Of A Ring Earthing System And Lightning Protection System, And Partial Replacement Of The Fence.
