Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Task: Revitalization Of The Park In Czermin. The Project Received Support Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program, Priority 8: Community-Led Local Development (Erdf), Measure 8.1 Supporting Development Programmed In Local Development Strategies (Clld), Scope: Protection, Development And Promotion Of Cultural Heritage And Services In The Field Of Culture. Financing Agreement: No. Fewp.08.01-Iż.00-0095/24-00. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Historic Park Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. 311/Wlkp/A. Investment Address: Czermin. 302002_2.0002.Ar_5.72/22.Currently, In The Park There Is A Square Made Of Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures. The Revitalization Of The Park Includes The Construction Of A Staging Area With A Mineral-Resin Layer That Is Non-Toxic And Friendly To The Environment And Groundwater. Substrates With A Mineral-Resin Surface Do Not Require The Construction Of Water Drainage Systems, Which Significantly Simplifies The Design And Implementation Of The Park. Rainwater And Meltwater On Mineral-Resin Substrates Flow Very Quickly Into The Ground, So Puddles Do Not Form And The Stormwater Drainage System Is Not Burdened, Which Improves The Water Balance In The Park. The Water Permeability Of Mineral-Resin Surfaces Allows For The Free Flow Of Air And Water To The Root Systems, And Thus The Natural Irrigation Of Plants Adjacent To The Surface. Compared To Other Surfaces, The Mineral-Resin Layer Has A Better Ability To Cool On Hot Days, Which Will Improve The Comfort Of Park Users. This Surface Is Easy To Keep Clean And Does Not Require Frequent Maintenance, And Is Also More Flexible, Which Reduces The Risk Of Injuries. The Structure Of The Gazebo Will Be Made Of Planed And Impregnated Wood. External Doors To The Toilets Will Be Made Of Wood. Wood Is A Renewable Raw Material That Can Be Reused Or Recycled After The End Of The Buildings Life Cycle. This Material Has Beneficial Hygroscopic Properties, Which Means That It Regulates Humidity, Thanks To Which The Gazebo Can Create A Healthier Microclimate, Preventing Excessive Humidity And Improving The Comfort Of Users. Wood Naturally Integrates With The Surroundings, Has Minimal Impact On The Environment In The Production Process, But Also Fits Perfectly Into The Park Space, Creating A Healthy And Friendly Atmosphere. Biodiversity Will Be Used In The Park, Plants Resistant To Climate Change And Local Soil Conditions Will Be Selected. Diverse Vegetation Will Not Only Improve The Aesthetics Of The Park, But Also Support Local Fauna By Attracting Pollinating Insects. As Part Of The Modernization Of The Park, Solutions Promoting Sustainable Development Will Be Implemented, Such As Planting Plants That Will Improve Biodiversity And Microclimate, As Well As Enable Effective Management Of Rainwater. Material Scope: - Access, - Staging Area, - Park Gazebo, - Public Toilet, - Greenery, - Water Supply Connection, - Water And Sewage Install
