The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Building In Gierzwałd, Including: 1) Basic Order: A) General Construction Industry (Preparatory And Demolition Works, Excavations, Foundations, Steel Structure With Covering, Cladding And Other Elements, Roof Covering, Facades, Joinery, Floors); B) Electrical Industry - Basic Order Includes: Cable Connection, Fuse Panels, Main Current Switch, Lighting Emergency And Evacuation, Equipotential Bonding And Lightning Protection Installation.2) Basic Order: Electrical Industry - In The Scope Of Socket Installation, Lighting Installation, Installation Powering Warehouse Gates.2. Rules For The Ordering Party To Use The Optional Order Referred To In Section 1 Point 2, Were Specified In The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).3. A Full Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Which Includes, Among Others: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); 2) Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Works; 3) Post-Construction Surveying Documentation And An Inspection Report; 4) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Neighboring Properties Polluted As A Result Of The Works; 5) Gathering And Providing The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documents (In One Set), No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Which Will Include: Documentation Of Product Quality, Documents Certifying The Authorization For Marketing And Use Of The Construction Materials Used, Acceptance Reports For Disappearing Works And Partial Acceptance Of Works; Commissioning Protocols And Necessary Permits Regarding Devices And Installations Installed Or Constructed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Additional Information:1) If The Orders Swz Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.2) In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
