The Planned Investment Covers The Area Located Within The Registration Area Of ​​Stachlew, Including Plot No. 189/1 And Plot No. 188/4. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant, Construction Of A Drinking Water Retention Tank With A Capacity Of 100.0 M3 On The Foundation Slab And A Slab For The Power Generator, And Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Construction Project Will Be Implemented, Among Others, Based On The Building Permit: Decision No. 145/2025 Of April 24, 20252. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Regulations, Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, In Order To Achieve The Final Result Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor Should Base The Offer Price On The Scope Indicated In The Documentation Design Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) Or Stwiorb.
