1. The Subject Of The Order Is Painting Of The Corridor And Staircase On The Ground Floor Of The University Dentistry Center Of The Medical University Of Silesia In Katowice Sp. Z O.O. In The Building At Plac Akademicki 17 In Bytom.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Agreement Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, As Well As The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5.3. Individual Works Will Be Performed In Rooms At The Disposal Of The University Dentistry Center Of The Medical University Of Silesia In Katowice Sp. Z O.O. In The Building Located At Plac Akademicki 17 In Bytom.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Within 7 Days From The Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Schedule Must Include All Costs Constituting The Offer Price, Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Agreement, Divided Into The Costs Of Construction Works Subject To Acceptance. The Schedule, After Written Acceptance By The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Nullity, Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Agreement. In Justified Cases, During The Performance Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Update The Schedule At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 3 Days, And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval In Writing, Otherwise It Will Be Invalid. Updating The Schedule Does Not Require Changing The Provisions Of The Agreement In The Form Of An Annex. The Costs Should Correspond To The Value Of The Lump Sum Remuneration Offered In The Offer And Price Form And The Expected Payment Tranches. 5. The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement, After Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Will Be Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense. The Offered Materials And Devices Should Be Of Good Quality And Standard, Taking Into Account Their Intended Use.
