The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Modernization Of Land Development Together With Works In The Field Of External Technical Infrastructure Of The Primary School With Integration Departments No. 12. Janusz Korczak In Krakow. Regardless Of The Requirements Specified In The Documentation Referred To In Point 2.2, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 2.1.1. Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Unauthorized Persons Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works; 2.1.2. Obtain, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, All Consents, Permits Or Arrangements Necessary To Ensure Access Of Vehicles Of The Required Tonnage To The Place Of Execution Of The Works; 2.1.3. Repair, At Its Own Expense, Any Damage Arising In Connection With The Implementation Works, In Particular Damage To Access Roads, Surfaces And Other Infrastructure Elements; 2.1.4. Ensuring And Maintaining, Throughout The Period Of Implementation Of Temporary Works, Accesses And Communication Routes Required By The Ordering Party, E.G. To The Kitchen And Other Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2.1.5. Ensuring A Construction Manager With Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works In The Construction And Construction Field Or Corresponding Valid Construction Permissions Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, Authorizing To Manage The Works Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 2.1.6. Ensuring A Manager Of Sanitary Works With Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, Or Corresponding Valid Construction Qualifications Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, Authorizing To Manage Construction Works In The Scope Of Sanitary Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 2.1.7. Ensuring A Manager Of Electrical Works Having Construction Licenses To Manage Construction Works In The Field Of Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Or Corresponding Valid Construction Licenses Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, Authorizing To Manage Construction Works In The Scope Of Electrical Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 2.1.8. Ensuring And Maintaining Sanitary Facilities For Employees, Including At Least A Portable Toilet, Throughout The Entire Period Of The Works Implementation. 2.
