1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Ups (1 Pc.). The Ordering Party Requires That Additional Configuration Work Be Performed As Part Of The Delivery (Including Physical Assembly, Commissioning) In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be: A) Brand New, I.E. Unused, Complete, Not Refurbished, Not From Advertising Exhibitions Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Defects And Damage And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, As Well As Purchased In The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer; B) Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Original Packaging Of The Equipment Manufacturer (If A Warranty Repair Is Necessary, The Equipment Will Not Have To Be Handed Over In The Packaging In Which It Was Delivered To The Ordering Party);C) Equipped With User Documentation In Polish;D) Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or Ce Declaration Of Conformity (If Applicable).5. All Wires/Cables Necessary For Proper Use Must Be Attached To The Device. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That A Detailed Operating Manual For The Offered Equipment In Polish, In Paper Or Electronic Version, Be Attached.
