The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Wintering Area For Amphibians In The Natura 2000 Area Ostoja Międzychodzko-Sierakowska In The Vicinity Of A Reservoir Inhabited By Amphibians And Cutting Down And/Or Trimming Trees Around The Reservoir In Międzychód Poviat, Sieraków Commune, Grobia Area, Plot No. 114.2. Constructing A Single Wintering Site Means Digging A Pit Approximately 50 Cm Deep And 15 M² In Area (Rectangular/Oval In Shape) And Filling It With Natural Stone (The Stones Diameter Should Be At Least 15 Cm), Stumps, Branches And Roots, So That Through The Above-Mentioned During The Operation, A Pile At Least 1 M High Is Built. The Resulting Pile Must Ensure That Amphibians Can Get Inside While Being Protected From Potential Predators, E.G. Foxes Or Martens. The Stack Should Be Stable Enough To Ensure That Its Structure Remains Unchanged Under The Influence Of Natural External Factors. The Wintering Area Should Then Be Sealed With A Finer Fraction, Which Will Strengthen The Insulation Against External Factors, E.G. Leaves, Turf, Smaller Stones.3. The Materials To Be Used In The Construction Of The Winter Camp Should Be Presented To The Ordering Party (E.G. In The Form Of A Photograph With A Description) Before The Start Of Work.4. Winter Camps Should Be Made In A Place Without Stagnant Water To Prevent Flooding, Near The Eastern Shore Of The Reservoir. The Exact Location Will Be Agreed With The Land Owner And The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract During A Joint Site Visit. 5.
