The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase Approximately 1,800 Tons Of Stone (72 Courses Of 25 Tons Each).4. Due To Its Nature And Specification, The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts.5. The Aggregate Will Be Delivered To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Bytoń Commune (Approx. 16 Towns).6. Settlement Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Based On The Actually Imported Tons Of Aggregate, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, On The Basis Of Wz Documents Attached To The Final Invoice, In An Amount Not Higher Than In The Submitted Offer Regarding The Entire Subject Of The Order.7. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Ppl: The Ordering Party Requires, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Employment By A Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Items 1040, 1043 And 1495) Regarding Manual Workers Performing Tasks Related To The Execution Of The Order: Driver. In Order To Verify The Employment, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under An Employment Contract, Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requests In Particular: A Declaration From The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Employment Of An Employee Under An Employment Contract, Containing Information, Including Personal Data, Necessary To Verify Employment Under An Employment Contract, In Particular The Name And Surname Of The Employed Employee, The Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Scope Of The Employees Duties. The Above Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request From The Contractor At Any Time During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order A Certified True Copy Of The Employment Contract Of The Employed Employee.
