The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Order Entitled Delivery Of Furniture Under The Program Entitled Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of The Care And Treatment Facility (Zol) With The Transformation Of 15 Non-Zol Beds Into Care And Treatment Beds In Order To Improve The Conditions And Quality Of Care For Zol Patients Implemented Within The Scope Of The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Immunity, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System. Investment D4.1.1 Development Of Long-Term Care Through Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Medical Entities At District The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Delivery Of Furniture Under The Program Entitled Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of The Care And Treatment Facility (Zol) Along With The Transformation Of 15 Non-Zol Beds Into Care And Treatment Beds In Order To Improve The Conditions And Quality Of Care For Zol Patients Implemented Within The Scope Of The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System. The Ordering Party Requires That The Furniture Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be: A) Brand New, B) Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, C) Unused (Also For Demonstration Purposes) And Undamaged. A Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz. As Part Of The Total Remuneration Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged, At Its Own Expense And Risk, To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Address: Ul. Mickiewicza 168, 37-600 Lubaczów. When Executing The Order, The Horizontal Principles Specified In Art. 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, In Particular The Principles Of: - Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, - Equality Between Women And Men, - Sustainable Development, - Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Principles And Regulations Of Environmental Protection And Labor Law.
