1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of It Equipment For The Krzyż Wielkopolski Commune As Part Of The Project: Cybersafe Local Government, I.E. 1 Server.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - List Of Technical Parameters.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025 And Ready For Operation Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Transport, Together With Documentation In Polish, Warranty Conditions And A Warranty Card. 5. Place Of Delivery: Commune Of Krzyż Wielkopolski With The Seat Of The Municipal Office In Krzyż Wielkopolski, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 14, 64-761 Krzyż Wielkopolski6. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Works And Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.7. The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Should Be No Shorter Than 60 Months (For The Entire Product Range), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol (Acceptance Protocol).8. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
