4.1. The Subject Of This Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Titled: Spichlerz Z Moniak And Obtaining All Consents, Decisions, Opinions And Permits Required To Perform And Complete The Works On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.4.2. The Basic Scope Of The Service Includes: 4.2.1. Preliminary Design Concept: 1) Preparation Of Studies Necessary To Prepare Design Documentation, 2) Preparation Of The Preliminary Design Concept Of The Building In Three Variants, 3) Agreement Of The Completed Concepts With The Ordering Party, Including The Introduction Of Corrections Required By The Ordering Party (The Concepts Should Be Consistent With The Requirements Contained In The Opinions Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments - Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz).4.2.2. Design Documentation: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Construction Law And In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Public Procurement Law For The Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract; 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Consents, Decisions, Opinions And Permits Required To Perform And Complete The Works;
