Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Endline Survey and Preparation of a Project Completion Report (Pcr) for the Kenya Towns Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Program The scope of services for the Consultant will include but not be limited to: Endline Survey i. Designing and executing a comprehensive endline evaluation encompassing methodology development, fieldwork, GIS mapping, and baseline comparison to produce a final report detailing project outcomes, conclusions, and strategic recommendations. Project Completion Report (PCR) Preparation ii. Conducting a comprehensive project completion review through document analysis, stakeholder interviews, and site visits to evaluate financial performance, target achievement, and safeguard compliance, ultimately producing an African Development Bank (AfDB) compliant Project Completion Report (PCR) featuring key lessons and strategic recommendations for future sanitation projects. 3. The consultancy services will be carried out over a period of 5 Months 4. Athi Water Works Development Agency now invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: a) The firm should demonstrate a general Experience of minimum 10 years in consulting services. b) Specific Experience Relevant to Assignment having prepared at least 3 No Donor-funded programmes for the last 5 years c) Experience in Similar Conditions Working in Sub-Saharan Africa / developing countries and Experience with donor-funded projects (preferably AfDB) d) Availability of appropriate skills amongst staff for the assignment e.g. Monitoring and Evaluation Experts, Financial Analyst/Economist and Water & Sanitation Engineers for the REOI Stage Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
