This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information To Potential Bidders. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Survey The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments So That A Possible Future Tender Could Be Carried Out In An Appropriate Manner. The Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And Does Not Give, Offers. Comments And Additional Questions Presented To The Procurement Unit Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender. Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Answering The Request For Information Or For Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue Event. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Object Of The Request For Information Is The Remote Opinion Service For X-Ray Images (So-Called Native Images), Where The Suppliers Radiology Specialists Produce Opinions About The Imaging Examinations Provided By The Subscriber Through The Optomed Portal. The Service Is A Licensed Vat-Free Health Care Service. The Service Covers Primary Healthcare Native X-Ray Examinations, Including, For Example, Thorax Imaging, Musculoskeletal Imaging, And Trauma And Emergency Room Examinations. The Procurement Does Not Include Dental Radiology Or Chest Radiology Native X-Ray Examinations. The Goal Is To Start The Contract Period No Later Than October 1, 2026. The Agreement Is Valid For The Time Being. The Statements Are Produced Via The Optomed Portal As Described In More Detail In The Service Description. The Estimate Of The Amount Of Research Is Approximately 12,000–15,000 Statements Per Year. In The Procurement, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected To Produce The Service. The Documents Attached To The Request For Information Are Only Drafts, So The Dates Appearing In Them Do Not Represent The Actual Offer Times Or The Times For Submitting Additional Information Questions. We Hope With The Request For Information, Comments On The Attachments Of The Request For Information - The Request For Quotation Contract And The Service Description Draft, And To Share Their Own Point Of View. We Ask That The Comments Be Recorded In A Separate File And By Uploading The Comments To The Place Marked In The Other Terms Section Of The Information Request.
