The Contracting Authority Within The Framework Of The Procurement Procedure For The Public Contract Entitled Reconstruction Of The Building No. 44 On Construction Of Municipal Apartments Concluded A Work Contract With A Selected Contractor On 15 December 2025. At Implementation Of This Contract, It Was Found After Dismantling The Building That The Work Related To The Gross Construction Highly Exceed The Expected Range, When Considering The Structural And Technical Condition Of The Original Building It Is Necessary To Proceed With Extensive Demolition Against The Original Plan (Demolition Will Be Provided By The Selected Contractor From The Original Sod As Part Of Multiple Works) And It Will Be Necessary To Ensure The Construction Of The Rough Structure, When With Regard To Of The Expected Financial Scope, These Works Cannot Be Subordinated To The Permitted Changes To The Obligation From The Contract According To The Zzvz. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore, In Connection With The Above-Mentioned Construction Of The Rough Construction Of The Rd No. 44. A More Detailed Description Of The Public Contract, Including Requirements For Technical Standards And Other Implementation Conditions, Is Given In This Call For Tenders And Procurement Documentation, Its Annexes And In The List Of Works, Supplies And Services With Measurement Statements.
