Current Beneficiaries Include: * Agency For Development * Agency For Construction And Property * Agency For Housing Management * Water And Sewerage Agency * Urban Environment Agency * Sports Agency * Planning And Building Agency Relationship To Existing Agreements The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme Will Supplement Existing Framework Agreements. Where There Are Framework Agreements Which The Municipality Is Obliged To Use, These Will Take Precedence. The Municipality Reserves The Right To Carry Out Certain Procurements Outside The Dynamic Procurement Scheme, For Example In The Case Of Large Or Particularly Demanding Assignments. Bergen Municipality Has Also Established Dio 067-2026 Dynamic Procurement Scheme For Consultancy Services. The Competitions In This Scheme Will Primarily Be Linked To The Areas Of Organizational Development And Administrative Audit.
