Delimitation Technical Consultancy Services And Ict Are Not Covered By The Scheme, As The Municipality Has Established Framework Agreements In These Areas. There May Also Be Other Framework Agreements For Consultancy Services Which Will Not Be Covered By This Procurement Scheme.
