1°. A First Order Relating To The Carrying Out Of An On-Site Visit. This First Visit Will Be Ordered On The Basis Of The Successful Bidders Offer (Point 1 Of The Inventory-Annex 2); 2°. Following The Visit And Based On The Description Of The Mission Transmitted By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Establish An Estimate Based On The Timesheet (See Model In Appendix 4) In Which It Will Specify The Number Of Hours Necessary For The Preparation Of The Initial Technical Report (Rti) As Well As A Schedule For Its Mission. The Adjudicator Will Then Place The Order On The Basis Of This Quote At The Hourly Rate Defined In Point 2 Of The Inventory (Appendix 2). 3°. If He Deems It Necessary, Based On The Conclusions Of The Rti, The Adjudicator May Request A New Quote From The Contractor To Continue His Mission By Integrating The Production Of The Final Technical Report (Rtf) And/Or Monitoring Of Execution) As Defined Below And Specified In The Technical Clauses. The Estimate Will Be Established On The Timesheet (See Model In Appendix 4) In Which It Will Specify The Number Of Hours Necessary For The Preparation Of The Final Technical Report (Rtf) As Well As A Schedule For Its Mission.
