The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Find Up To Twelve (12) Service Providers Who Will Organize The Noor Meister 2027 Professional Championships In A Festival Format In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Technical Description And Its Appendices. The Procurement Is Divided Into Twelve (12) Independent Parts According To Professional Specialties. The Provider Can Submit An Offer For Up To Five (5) Parts Of The Procurement. The Public Procurement Is Carried Out As A Special Procedure For Social And Special Services, Which Is Voluntarily Organized By The Procurer Internationally.
