The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Supplementing The Planning Principles Guide The Customer Plans To Issue An Updated Planning Principles Guide Based On Section 7(1) Of The Planning Act. The Purpose Of The Instructions Given On The Basis Of The Said Provision Is To Explain The Content And Implementation Of The Planning Principles Set Forth In The Law And To Support Their Uniform Interpretation In Practice. It Is Not A Document Establishing Legal Regulations, But A Methodological Instructional Material That Helps Planners, Processors And Coordinators To Implement And Implement The Principles Set Forth In The Law.
