The Purpose Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of A Complete Solution For Remote Reading And Management Of Heat Meters Located At The Connection Points Of The Narva Heat Network In Accordance With The Basic Procurement Documents. The Solution Must Consist Of The Following Parts: - Communication Service, Which Includes The Transmission Of Heat Meter Data Through The Main Data Collection Devices Of The Meters To The Platform; - Central Data Collection And Management Platform (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Platform).
