The Purpose Of This Tender Is: The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Software Broker For The Supply Of Software Licenses. To Achieve This, The Contracting Authority Carries Out A Public Procedure For This Procurement In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012, Last Amended On July 1, 2016. The Procedure Is Carried Out Completely Electronically. The Estimate Of The Orders During The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including All Extension Options, Amounts To € 73,000,000.00 Excluding Vat. In Addition To This Estimate, The Contracting Authority Uses An Estimated Indexation And An Uncertainty Factor Of A Total Of 5% Per Year, Partly Due To Recent Market Developments, Fluctuations In Replacement Needs And Possible Technological And/Or Software Developments. This Brings The Estimated Value Of The Order To €119,910,000.00. The Estimate Mentioned Does Not Constitute A Purchase Guarantee. See Quotation Request 2.4.
