The Assignment Arises From The Necessary Maintenance And Replacement Needs For The Existing Public Space, Including Paving, Road Furniture, Sewer Connections And Green Areas. In This Way, The Municipality Fulfills Its Legal Duty Of Care For The Sustainable Maintenance Of Public Space. In Addition, The Assignment Contributes To The Implementation Of Climate-Adaptive Measures Within The Urban Water Task, As Included In The Water And Sewerage Program 2020-2023 And The Koel Tilburg 2020 Implementation Agenda. It Is Also In Line With The Green Management Policy Plan, Which Stipulates That The Physical Quality And Function Of Green Objects In Urban Areas Must Be Maintained At The Established Quality Level.
