The Aim Of This Tender Procedure Is To Realize A City Library That Meets The Requirements And Wishes As Included In This Tender. To Achieve This Goal, The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Construction Team Agreement (Appendix 1) With One (1) Contractor And, After Successful Completion Of The Construction Team Phase, Possibly A Construction Agreement.
