The Work Includes Clearing Work, Earth And Foundation Work, Paving Work, Sewerage Work, Asphalt Work, Landscaping Work And Installation Of Street Furniture. The Plan Area Concerns A Site Ready For Construction With A Construction Road. A Detailed Specification Of The Work Is Included In The Specifications (Appendix 8) And The Associated Drawings. The Registration Is Accompanied By A Registration Form With The Data In Accordance With Art. 7.14.2 Of The Arw 2016 According To The Format In Appendix 11 Of This Tender Document. The Tenderer Must Substantiate The Tender Sum From The Registration Statement By Means Of A Registration Statement. The Registration Statement Is Added To This Document As Appendix 11. The Amounts Included In The Tender Statement Must Be Realistic And In Reasonable Proportion To The Nature And Scope Of The Work. The Tenderer States The Percentages Used For All Indirect Construction Costs (General Construction Site Costs, Implementation Costs, General Costs, Profit And Risk) And Uses The Classification According To Crow Publication 137. The Tender Sum In The Tender Statement Must Correspond To The Tender Sum On The Tender Form. If There Is A Contradiction, The Amount From The Registration Form Will Prevail. All Prices, Rates And/Or Percentages Offered In The Tender Must Be Realistic, Plausible And In Line With The Market “According To Current Objective Business Economic Standards”. The Contracting Authority Wants To Be Able To Make A Fair Assessment For Each Award Criterion, The Same For Every Tenderer (Comparing Apples With Apples). In Any Case, There May Be No Zero Rates And/Or Symbolic Prices/Rates/Percentages And/Or Negative Prices/Rates And/Or A Quote Of A Manipulative Nature. In Any Case, A Manipulative Tender Exists If The Tender Shows That The Assessment System Has Been Manipulated By The Tenderer In Such A Way That The Intended Purpose Of That System Has Been Disrupted.
