The City Is Seeking A Proponent To Deliver A Solution That Supports Content Management, Records Management, Collaboration, And Information Governance Across The Organization. The Work Is Expected To Include The Following: •Redesign Of The City’S Existing Intranet In Sharepoint Online; •Design Of Information Architecture, Libraries, And Metadata Aligned With The Lgma Records Classification System (Included As Appendix “B”); •Implementation Of Retention Labels, Retention Policies, And Related Compliance Controls In Microsoft Purview; And •Training And Knowledge Transfer For The City’S Records Management And It Teams.
