Tenders Are Invited For Communication Services For Informing, Involving And Engaging Stakeholders With The Green Ring Sofia Project In 2026 And 2027, In Accordance With The Approved Communication Strategy Of The Project

Planned Activities Include: 1. Communication Planning. The Preparation Of A Detailed Schedule For Communication And Engagement Of Interested Parties For A Period Of 18 Calendar Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor. 2. Organization Of A Pr Event Preparation Of A Concept And Organization Of An Event To Present The Progress Of The Project To Date And The Action Plan For The Green Ring, Held Within A Time Frame Agreed With The Employer. 3. Preparation Of A Concept And Organization Of Two Neighborhood Events Along The Sections Of The Sofia Green Ring Preparation Of A Comprehensive Concept For Events To Inform And Engage Citizens And Interested Parties In The Sections Of The Sofia Green Ring. Overall Organization Of The Event, Involvement And Coordination Of Participants, Partners And Subcontractors. Production Of Materials And Organization Of Temporary Interventions To Ennoble The Space. Assisting In The Process Of Attracting Additional Sponsorships And Partnerships For The Event. Fees For Participants, Rental Of Technical Equipment And Overall Organization Of The Events. Pre-Event Communication With Posters And Flyers, News To The Media And Social Media Campaigns. 4. Pr Services. Regular Creation And Distribution Of News For The Media, Newsletter To Interested Parties And The Project Website For 18 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor. 5. Digital Communication. Create And Manage Project Pages/Profiles On Facebook And Instagram. Creation Of A Minimum Of 4 Posts Per Month In The Non-Event Months And A Minimum Of 15 Posts To Promote Each Event For A Period Of 18 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Contractor.
