By Carrying Out The Current Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract, Dki Cultural Center Dvoretsa - Balchik Aims To Select A Licensed Provider Of Net Electric Energy And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. Based On The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee). During The Execution Of The Order, Continuity Of The Electricity Supply And Continuous Supply Of Electricity With The Quality And In The Order Provided For In The Energy Act And The Applicable Legal Acts Governing Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee, Pikee, The By-Laws, Etc.) Should Be Ensured, Which Allow Energy Management, Optimization And Efficiency In The Spending Of Public Funds In The Delivery Of Goods By The Contracting Authority. Contractor Through A Public Procurement Contract. Also In The Subject Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Future Contractor To Implement A System For Remote Measurement And Monitoring Of The Consumption Of Electrical Energy At Certain Sites Up To 3 /Three/ Units, And Its Results Must Ensure An Increase In Efficiency In The Consumption Of Electrical Energy And Serve As A Basis For Decision-Making And The Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures. The Minimum Requirements In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1 – An Integral Part Of The Documentation).
