Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Pillars For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Yambol In Four Separate Positions

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Park And Street Lighting Poles For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Yambol Under Four Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Poles For Park And Street Lighting Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Galvanized Metal Poles For Street And Park Lighting Separate Item No. 3: Supply Of Steel Lighting Poles, Anchor Groups And Slingshots Separate Item No. 4: Supply Of Polygonal, Multi-Tube And Decorative Lighting Poles The Technical Parameters And Delivery Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specifications Must Be Observed By The Participants. The Total Estimated Value Of Separate Items No. 3 And 4 Is Below 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Therefore, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Items No. 3 And 4 Will Be Assigned According To The Order Of Assignment For Their Individual Estimated Value, I.E. According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Considering The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order (131,000 Euros Without Vat), The Remaining Value Of 105,000 Euros Without Vat (Being The Estimated Value For Separate Items No. 1 And 2) Is Awarded With This Public Procurement. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The City Of Yambol, Specifically Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Contract Letter. The Participants Should Propose Warranty Periods For The Offered Poles, And The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than A Minimum Of 5 (Five) Years. The Warranty Should Cover At Least: The Construction And Coating Of The Given Pole. Important: For Specific Positions #3 And 4, Participants Should Not Submit Bids. The Deadline For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Participant And Cannot Be Shorter Than 10 (Ten) Calendar Days And Longer Than 15 (Fifteen) Calendar Days From Receipt By The Contractor Of A Letter Of Assignment From The Employer.
