The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works On The Networks And Facilities For Street Lighting On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality - Nadezhda District. The Types Of Works Will Be Assigned According To The Need And Budget Funds. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Award The Order In Full. The Contracting Authority May Or May Not Award Separate Activities (According To The Need). The Contracting Authority Will Only Pay For The Assigned Types Of Activities. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Begins To Run From The Date Of Issuance Of The Notification Of Secured Financing By The Contracting Party For A Period Of 24 (In Words: Twenty-Four) Months Or Until The Estimated Value Of The Same Is Exhausted, Whichever Circumstance Occurred Earlier, As: The Term Of Execution, The Types Of Activities And The Amount Of Work Will Be Indicated By The Contracting Party Before Each Award With A Purposeful Contract Letter.
