The Second Order Was Opened On The Basis Of Art. 182, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Opened By Decision No. F851910 /05.05.2026. Mayor Of The Municipality Of Novi Pazar And Published In The Public Procurement Register Of The Aop Under Number 00450-2026-0022. It Ends With A Termination Decision, Due To The Fact That The Only One Who Submitted An Offer And Was Selected As The Executor Refused To Enter Into A Performance Contract. Given The Deadline Of The Project, Which Is Until 30.07.2026, The Contracting Authority Will Implement A Public Competition With Shortened Deadlines Under Art. 178, Para. 4 Of The Civil Procedure Code.
