Pursuant To Resolution No. 212 Of October 21, 2025 Supplementing Resolution No. 191 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 2016 Approving A List Of Goods Under Art. 79, Al. 1, T. 7 And Art. 191, Al. 1, Item 6 Of The Law On Public Procurements (Sg, No. 61 Of 2016), The Goods Subject To Delivery Under This Public Procurement Are Included In The List Under Cpv Code 24300000-7. Term Of The Contract: 3 (Three) Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Amount Of €145,000 (One Hundred And Forty-Five Thousand Euros) Excluding Vat Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First. Estimated Quantities: 310 T Estimated Quantities Are Indicative For The Duration Of The Contract.
