The Scope Of The Public Order Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Complementary Snacks For The Children Of The Preparatory Groups And The Students From The 1St To The 4Th Grade In 145 Ou Simeon Radev, Sofia For A Period Of Two Academic Years (15.09.2026 - 14.09.2028) The Estimated Number Of Children From The Preparatory Groups And Students From The 1St To The 4Th Grades In The Simeon Radev Elementary School, For Whom Snacks Should Be Delivered For The Duration Of The Order, Is As Follows: - Preparatory Group (Pg), I-Iii Class 517 Estimated Number Of Students, With The Estimated Number Of School Days Being 320 Days, And The Estimated Number Of Snacks Being 165,440. - Iv Grade 131 Estimated Number Of Students, With The Estimated Number Of School Days Being 340 Days, And The Estimated Number Of Snacks Being 44,540. Deliveries Are Made Daily (Each Present School Day), At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Request Includes Information On The Number Of Snacks For The Relevant School Day. The Specific Daily Quantities Will Be Declared By The Contracting Authority In Writing, No Later Than 11:00 A.M. On The Previous School Day. The Bidder Designated As The Contractor Must Make The Delivery By 8:00 A.M. On The Day To Which The Request Relates. A One-Time Renewal Of The Contract For Two New School Years Is Foreseen, In The Sense Of Art. 6, Para. 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement, At The Initiative Of The Contracting Authority In The Presence Of Financial Resources And The Need To Perform The Services Subject To The Contract. Renewal Includes Repeating The Performance Of All Services Provision Activities For The Same Term, Volume And Total Value. Renewal Is Carried Out Only When A Letter Of Assignment Is Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Renewal Engagement Letter Becomes An Integral Part Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
