Tender For The Award Of The Contract For A Comprehensive Human Resources Management System In Saas Mode (Software As Service), By The City Council Of Blanes.Implementation, Use And Maintenance Of Saas Software (Software As A Service) For The Integral Management Of Human Resources Of The City Of Blanes, Which Allows Coverage Of The Following Functional Areas:•Management Of The Payroll Cycle.•Time Control.•Personnel Planning: Staff Management, Rlt And Technical Organizational Chart•Personnel Management: Personal Data Sheet And Labor Data•Aids Social•Calculation And Budget Monitoring Chapter L•Control Panel.•Employee Portal.•Management Of Contracts And Appointments.•Training Management.•Exploitation Of Human Resources Data.•Integration With Accounting. Also Subject To This Contract Is The Implementation And Migration Of Data From The Current Systems To The New System To Be Tendered, The Integration With The Program Manager Of The Accounting, With The Entry Register And With The Expedient Management Program In Cases Where It Is Convenient To Parameterize It, As Well As The Training And Consulting For The Personnel Who Have To Work And/Or Make Use Of The New Solution During The Validity Of The Contract. The Bidding Companies Must Have Exclusive Access To The Source Codes Or Intellectual Property Of The Proposed Solution.
