The Order Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 And Will Ensure Increased Efficiency During Actions In Crisis Situations, E.G. The Necessary Documentation Needed To Register The Trailer Will Be Delivered On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, 6/ Together With The Excavator And Trailer, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: A) Full Technical And Operational Instructions For The Excavator And Trailer And Accessories (Electrical And Hydraulic Diagrams And Spare Parts Catalog In Polish); B) A Set Of Wrenches And Tools, C) A Warning Triangle, D) A Fire Extinguisher, C) A First Aid Kit, E) A Set Keys, F) Warranty Book, G) Vehicle Book, 7/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment With Parameters Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 6 To This Swz And All Other Conditions Described In This Swz, 8/ The Contractor Must Have An Operating Service Which, During The Post-Warranty Warranty Period, Will Service The Ordered Equipment And Accessories While Having Original Spare Parts At Its Disposal Or Will Be An Authorized Service Station Manufacturer,9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training In The Operation Of The Equipment In The Field Of Occupational Safety, Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment And Issue An Appropriate Document Confirming The Training Of The Users Employees, Training Duration Of At Least 6 Hours.
