The Subject Of The Order In The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Renovation Of Office And Staff Rooms, Including Painting, Replacing Doors And Floors With Vinyl Panels, Painting Conference Rooms, Replacing The Carpet In Building No. 1, Ul. Królewska 1/7 In Warsaw K-4541 (Cpv Code: 45000000-7). The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Zero Cost Estimate/Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Contractor Participating In The Proceedings Must Meet The Conditions Specified In Chapters V And Vii Of The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Included The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And The Bill Of Quantities In Annex No. 11.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Which Will Be Made Available To Entities Willing To Participate In The Procedure In Accordance With Art. 131 Of The Pzp.5 Act. The Ordering Party Will Organize A Local Visit At The Premises Covered By The Procedure On: July 17, 2026 At 10:30 A.M.
