A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope Of Construction Works As Well As The Conditions And Rules Of Contract Implementation Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Documentation, Which Consists Of: Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities - (Hereinafter: Documentation Or Opz) And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu). The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.
