1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of Reconstruction, Renovation And Change Of Use Of The Premises Of A Service Premises, Adapting Them To The Function Of A Branch Of The Municipal Library (Książnica Karkonoska) In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Różyckiego 4G/4 (Journal Of Laws No. 44/12, Section 0060 60)2. The Premises Indicated Above Are Located In A Commercial And Service Facility Serving Various Functions - Commercial Premises (Shops, Pharmacy), Service Premises (Post Office) And Catering Premises (Restaurant). The Premises Themselves Originally Served As A Shop. After The Change Of Use, It Will Serve As A Local Branch Of The Municipal Library. The Premises Are Located On The Ground Floor, In The Ground Floor Part Of The Building. Entrance To The Premises From The Street Level.3. The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Commercial Premises At Ul. Różyckiego 4G.4. The Detailed Material Scope, Including The Subject Of This Order, Was Described In The Design Documentation Prepared By Lka Architektura Łukasz Kuczkowski, Ul. Trzebnicka 36/2, 55-120 Oborniki Śląskie.5. Characteristic Parameters Of The Premises: Total Area Usable Area 216.17 M2 Clear Height Of Rooms 2.55 - 3.24 M6. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Reconstruction Of Internal Non-Structural Walls, 2) Renovation Of The Floor: Removing Existing Floors In All Rooms And Making New Concrete Screeds. Epoxy Resin Floors Should Be Made In Rooms 0/1, 0/2 And 0/3, And Stoneware Tiles Should Be Made In The Remaining Rooms. 3) Renovation Of Internal Walls: Removal Of Existing Plasters To Expose The Original Brick; Filling The Gaps, Grinding The Bricks, Filling The Joints And Impregnating The Bricks With Antifungal And Hydrophobic Properties. 0/1 And 0/7 Using Solid Cinnabar Bricks.5) Renovation Of Internal Columns: Chipping Away The Plasters Or Dismantling The Chipboard To Expose The Reinforced Concrete And Steel Beams, Cleaning And Leveling The Substrate, Filling The Gaps With Mortar For Architectural Concrete, Polishing The Surfaces And Impregnating With An Impregnation For Architectural Concrete.6) Renovation Of Ceilings: Chipping The Plasters In Order To Uncovering The Reinforced Concrete, Cleaning And Leveling The Substrate, Filling The Joints With Mortar For Architectural Concrete, Polishing The Surface And Impregnating With An Impregnation For Architectural Concrete; In The Event That, After Exposing The Ceilings, It Turns Out That The Ceiling Is Not Monolithic, E.G. Wps: Filling The Gaps Between The Ceiling Slabs With Silicone.7) Demolition Of The Existing Lintels In Three Door Openings In The Existing Partition Walls And Construction Of New Lintels In Order To Preserve The Door Installation Opening With A Height Of 207 Cm.8) Construction Of New Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Mechanical And Electrical Ventilation (According To Studies Of The Sanitary And Sanitary Industry Electricity).9) Installat
