1. Name Of The Order: Construction Of A Track For Roller Skating And Skateboarding Along With Land Development On Plot 369/2 Rev. 9 In Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Tbo.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Work Related To Land Development And The Construction Of An Asphalt Running Track For Recreation In The Form Of A Roller-Skating And Skateboarding Track. The Facility Will Be Located On Plot No. 369/2, District 9 In Tomaszów Mazowiecki.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A New Asphalt Track In The Form Of A Track For Roller Skating And Skateboarding, 2) Expansion Of The Existing Concrete Pavement To Create Direct Access To The Track, 3) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: Pergola On A Metal Structure With Wooden Elements, Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks.4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With: 1) Certificate Of The Starosta Of Tomaszów On The Lack Of Objections To The Performance Of Works Dated 11/09/2025,2) Technical Documentation (Construction Design, Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Technical Documentation (Part Iii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order).6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About Any Difficulties Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, Which Is An Expression Of The Contractors Information Obligation Specified In Art. 651 Cc7.
