The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Expert Opinion And Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Server Room In The E Building Of The Military Police Headquarters In Katowice, Which Includes: Preparation Of A Construction Expertise And Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Server Room In The E Kwp Building In Katowice, Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Providing Authors Supervision For The Investment Titled: Construction Of A Server Room In The E Kwp Building In Katowice Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit. Before Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of This Order, The Ordering Party Will Require The Selected Contractor To Also Conclude A Confidentiality Agreement. Refusal To Sign The Confidentiality Agreement Will Be Treated As Withdrawal From Signing The Contract For The Execution Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within: 4 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Expert Opinion Is To Be Prepared Within No Longer Than 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
