A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), I.E. Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities; The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Works, Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements.
