The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of A Brand New Road Grader (A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 8 To The Swz). • The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum 36-Month Quality Warranty For The Offered Products, Unless The Manufacturers Warranty Is Longer (Applies To The Grader And Additional Equipment). • The Supplier Undertakes To Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service. In Addition, The Supplier Undertakes To Provide An Authorized Mobile Service Covering The Entire Territory Of Poland, With Response To Notifications Sent Electronically Within 5 Business Days.
