Bugaj In Brzeszcze As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Reconstruction Of Bugaj Street In Brzeszcze. Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of A Road On A Section Of Approximately 600 M; Along With Obtaining An Effective Notification Of Works/Building Permit. The Project Should Include The Reconstruction Of The Road In The Scope Of Construction Of A New Road Structure Through The Construction Of A Base And Asphalt Overlay, Drainage Of The Road, Reconstruction Of The Roadsides And Exits, As Well As Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, And Technical Specifications Necessary For The Brzeszcze Commune To Award An Order For The Implementation Of Construction Works.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Land Development Concept Along With A Proposal Of The Construction And Material Solutions Used (Longitudinal And Transverse Sections). The Concepts Should Be Submitted For The Employers Approval - 1 Copy.2) Obtaining A Basic Map Or, If Required, Obtaining And Updating A Map For Design Purposes.3) Obtaining Extracts From The Land Register Or Land And Mortgage Register To The Extent Necessary.4) Obtaining Consents From Plot Owners To Enter The Property - If Required.
