The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architectural Objects: A) Bench (2 Pcs), B) Table With Benches (1 Pc), C) Waste Bin (1 Pc); 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Elements: A) Storks Nest Swing (1 Pc), B) Drawing Board (1 Pc), C) House Board (1 Pc), D) Shop Board (1 Pc); 3) Execution Surface Made Of Hypertrophic Mats;4) Installation Of A Fence (1 M) With A Gate;5) Reconstruction Of The Lawn With The Use Of A Safe Surface Of Hypertrophic Mats;6) Full Geodetic Services Including The Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, Including A Geodetic Inventory Positively Verified By The Appropriate Authority Of The Geodetic Service;7) Carrying Out Archaeological Research During The Implementation Of The Investment To The Extent Corresponding To The Scope Of Earthworks And Managing Archaeological Research, Or Performing It Independently These Tests By A Person With The Qualifications Specified In Art. 37E Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments; 8) Obtaining A Separate Permit From The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Conduct Archaeological Research (Article 36(1)(5) Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 282, As Amended) In The Event That The Foundations Are Laid At A Depth Exceeding 30 Cm;9) Notifying The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About The Commencement And Completion Date Of Construction Works;10) Carrying Out Partial And Final Acceptance Of Completed Construction Works With The Participation Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments;11) Immediately Notifying The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About The Threats And New Circumstances Revealed During Carrying Out Construction Works Indicated In The Permit.
