The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets In Accordance With Art. 5 Section 1 Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Rights To Free And Discounted Travel In Public Collective Transport (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 380, As Amended) For Students Commuting To Appropriate Educational Units In The Stegna Commune By Public Transport On Regular Public Lines In Accordance With The Illustrative Timetable, In The School Year 2026/2027.2. Institutions Attended By Students For Whom Tickets Are To Be Purchased: 1) School Complex In Stegna Ul. Powstańców Warszawy 2 82-103 Stegna Estimated Number Of Transported Students - 662) Primary School In Jantar Ul. Rybacka 66 B 82-103 Stegna - Estimated Number Of Transported Students - 63) Primary School In Tujsk, Tujsk 55, 82-103 Stegna - Estimated Number Of Transported Students - 1134) School And Kindergarten Complex In Drewnica Ul. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Will Receive, Before The Start Of The Provision Of Transport Services, A Copy Of The List Of Students Names With Current Information On The Times Of Transporting Students To Educational Institutions And The Times Of Transporting Students From These Institutions. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Transport Of Children And School Youth Be Carried Out On Communication Routes According To A Schedule Correlated With The Starting And Ending Times Of Classes Resulting From The Lesson Plans In Force In The 2026/2027 School Year. 5. The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected Based On The Above. Before Starting The Provision Of Transport Services, The List Is Obliged To Prepare A Student Transport Timetable For The 2026/2027 School Year And Deliver It To The Ordering Party. 6. During The 2026/2027 School Year, The Start And End Times Of Classes May Change; The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Changes Introduced No Later Than 5 Days Before They Become Effective, And The Contractor Undertakes To Adapt The Timetable To The Changed Starting And Ending Times Of Classes. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Transport Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 On Road Traffic And In Accordance With The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Road Transport And Other Regulations Related To The Collective Transport Of Passengers And The Safety And Hygiene Requirements Resulting From The Age Of Transported Students.
