The Contractors Obligation Will Also Be To Complete, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Administrative Procedures Enabling The Use Of The Facilities After The Works Are Completed.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, Including: Design Documentation, Including: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Industry Agreements, Administrative Decisions (Including The Building Permit/Notification Of The Intention To Start Works), Which Documents Should Be Considered Together. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities And Construction Works Resulting From The Above. Documents.3) Design Documentation (Including Drawings, The Descriptive Part Of The Documentation), Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb, Industry Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Obtained Are Mutually Complementary Documents. All Construction Works And Elements Included In The Description And Not Included In The Drawings And/Or Included In The Drawings And Not Included In The Description And, Respectively, In The Stwiorb Or In The Bill Of Quantities, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Documents.4) As Part Of The Task, The Contractors Obligations Include Developing, Agreeing And Approving The Design (Cor) Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Implementing It On The Street In Question Before The Commencement Of The Works.
