The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation, Industry Standards And Conclusions Resulting From The Field Inspection And Inventory. The Construction Works Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Include The Performance Of All Works In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Based On Our Own Field Inspections.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Provides A 60-Month Warranty For The Works Performed Against Defects, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements For The Contractor To Employ, Based On The Employment Relationship, Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In Laying Bituminous Mass.
