The Final Quantity Of Works Performed Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Measurements Made By The Contractor After Completion Of The Works And Approved By The Ordering Party. All Works Provided For In Point A, Should Be Performed In A Way That Ensures Smooth Travel At The Point Where The New And Old Surface Meet. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Stwior, Applicable Standards And Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Point 1 And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz,3. Within The Above-Mentioned Works, The Contractor Is Obligated To: A) Develop Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of The Works In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account His Guidelines On The Manner Of Traffic Management; B) Making Temporary Markings For The Works, Maintaining Them During The Works And Dismantling Them After The Works Are Completed, C) Securing The Area Against Unauthorized Persons During The Works, And In Particular To Prevent Accidents Of Third Parties. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Caused To Third Parties As A Result Of The Works Carried Out, From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site.
