1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of A Used Bus For The Needs Of The Municipal Cultural Center And Library In Czarna Dąbrówka. 2) The Subject Of The Leasing Is A Used Bus For The Needs Of The Municipal Cultural Center And Library In Czarna Dąbrówka.3) Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Leasing Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, With The Reservation That The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Parameters Indicated In The Opz Constitute The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Failure To Have Any Parameter Gives The Ordering Party Grounds To Reject The Offer.4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Leased Object Is Fully Functional And Free From Physical Defects, Including Defects And Damage, And Free From Any Legal Defects And Liabilities To Third Parties. 5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude An Operational Leasing Agreement For A Period Of 60 Months According To The Following Rules: A) 59 Monthly Leasing Installments, The Last Installment May Be Equalizing And Slightly Different In Amount From The Remaining Remuneration Installments; B) The Initial Fee Is: Pln 185,000.00 Gross,C) Final Fee (Purchase Fee): 1% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item + Vat,D) Variable Interest Rate (The Basis For Changing The Interest Rate Is Only The Wibor 1M Rate, The Margin Remains Constant During The Term Of The Contract),E) The Purchase Price (Final Fee) Will Be Paid Together With The Last Leasing Installment, Provided That All Receivables Arising From The Leasing Agreement,F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Early Repayment Of Leasing Installments And Early Purchase Of The Leased Object, Provided That The Applicable Tax Regulations In This Respect Are Complied With,G) Leasing Currency: Pln, H) Fixed Margin,I) The Contractor Will Not Demand Legal Security For The Leasing Contract (Guarantees, Pledge, Etc.).6) The Order Does Not Include Motor Insurance Of The Leased Object (Oc, Ac, Accident Insurance), Which The Ordering Party Will Carry Out Independently And At Its Own Expense. Cost.7) A Detailed Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) And Opz (Annex No. 9 To The Swz).
